. I can kind of hand-wave that away. The doctor reported Nile's resurrection up the chain of command, who slapped a top-secret label on it. The doctor and nurse were told to ignore everything, it would be taken care of; the nurse was very careful to not notice the conversation. Maybe Nile's sergeant was sent to pack for her -- doesn't need a reason, top-secret, follow orders. Because Andy was right; whether Nile landed in Landstuhl or somewhere else, she'd have been forced into a lab for experimentation.
Humanity has a long-standing history of such things -- those who are "different" are either outcast or locked up / enslaved / experimented on. I think that propensity would fit very well in this universe as a threat to Nile, as well as the rest of the immortal team. Those above her were working swiftly and efficiently to "cut her out of the herd" and get Nile out of the way, no questions asked, I see nothing, I know nothing. .
